Meet Your Hosts

Madison is the co-founder of the FIELD wellness and a certified Yoga instructor. She has chosen to live with a constant sense of wonder travelling around the world and finding community everywhere she goes. Madison has worked in the hospitality industry, at restaurants where colleagues have become family, in yoga studios, and on sustainable farms out in the field. It is the light of these people that have inspired her commitment to self discovery and the journey. This sense of home in family around the world calls her to be present, to show up and to connect.

Sophie is a certified Pilates and Yoga instructor whose goal is to inspire others to embrace the transformative power of Pilates and mind-body movement for a healthier, more balanced life. Sophie strives to create a supportive and inclusive environment where students of all levels can thrive. Born and raised downtown Toronto, Sophie moved to Revelstoke in 2018 “for one snowboard season,” but was quickly captivated by the mountains, the active outdoor culture, the close-knit community and never left. Her enthusiasm and intention come together both in her practice and in her life seamlessly.

  • How many women will join the retreat?

    We love intimate group experiences. For North Okanagan up to 8 women will join us plus 2 hosts (co-founder, Madison) and our co-host, Sophie.

  • Who are the women on FIELD retreats?

    We bring together women and encourage all ages, backgrounds, levels of wellness and physical practice to attend our retreats.

  • What are the accommodations and what should I bring?

    We have four cabins, each with their own cozy wood fire place. Three outdoor saunas, a yoga studio, and access to endless groomed trails with breathtaking vistas. We send our guests suggested packing lists prior to the retreat.

  • What if I have dietary issues?

    We are working with a private chef who can accommodate for all dietary preferences and needs.
