Courtney is the co-founder of the FIELD wellness and avid storyteller currently working in the Film & TV industry. Having been in the corporate world for almost a decade, Courtney has made it a priority to find balance in her career and life. Her goal with FIELD is to help women break out of limiting mindsets, find joy in the everyday small moments and bliss in the beautiful, big moments. Her positive outlook and energy guides her through life.
As a dancer Irena's passion for movement drew her to yoga in 2013. She is certified in both Yoga and Barre which she enthusiastically shares with studios all over Toronto. Irena’s current teaching practice seeks to encourage authentic movement generated from the inside-out and is guided by the breath. Students can expect creative flows, seamless trasnsitions, alignment cues delivered through imagery and plenty of variations to honor students wherever they are on their journey. Irena believes that fostering a strong mind-body connection begins with gazing inwards and working with our strengths and funks to determine what we really need from our practice. Prepare to get curious, move expansively and breathe!
Jess is a former litigation lawyer turned holistic nutrition health coach and hormone health practitioner. She helps busy, over-stressed women find balance in their lives and hormones! Jess uses nutrition, lifestyle hacks, supplementation knowledge, mindset work, and motivational coaching to guide her clients to find relief from persistent symptoms, have more energy, and feel their best! In addition to 1:1 coaching programs, Jess hosts holistic health workshops and community events.
